Great Minds Don’t Think Alike: Understanding Neurodiversity

In this session, participants will develop an understanding of neurodiversity through data, resources, and story-sharing. Participants will learn more about the neurodiversity spectrum and umbrella models and how neurodiversity shows up at work. This experience focuses on how neurodivergent people and their allies can advocate for their recognition and support.
