Inclusive Values, Vision, and Mission Program

6 to 8 weeks

Ethos will support your team in developing a go-forward cultural strategy, defining unique cultural attributes to your organization, and identifying where culture is supercharging and hindering your organization. 

In this engagement, Ethos will:

  • Conduct up to ten 1:1 research interviews with stakeholders to share perspectives on culture anonymously.
  • Create and deliver three 90-min training sessions on Mission, Vision, and Values. The outcome will be a plan that provides the team with the expertise and guidance to come together and move their work forward (including adapting a vision statement, roles/responsibilities, and focus areas). 
  • Create all the deliverables needed (including the content for the facilitated sessions and documents detailing the information collected from the facilitated sessions and research interviews).

Session #1: Start with “Why”

Participants will learn:

  • What culture is and why it matters
  • What mission, vision, and values are, and why we use them
  • How we define the mission, vision, and values of your organization

Session #2: Transform Values into Actions

Participants will learn:

  • What your organization’s values are
  • How your organization translates values into behaviors
  • How to align actions and behaviors with your values

Session #3: The “Mission and Vision” Test

Participants will learn:

  • What your organization’s “Why” is 
  • What it would look like if it came to life
  • What your organization needs to do to bring it to life
