- Conducting one 60-minute with relevant parties to understand goals, initiatives, and core messages
- Engaging in targeted research and analysis to develop a performance management process
- Drafting and developing policies, procedures, practices, and processes for conducting performance reviews, giving and receiving feedback, and providing improvement feedback
- Conducting edits on any materials we develop
- Engaging in three (3) group coaching sessions to practice and prepare for reviews
- Engaging in three (3) shadowing sessions to provide feedback reports on how review conversations went, including strengths and areas for improvement in the future
