Career Coaching for Transitions

Ethos provides compassionate and collaborative one-on-one career coaching, with an emphasis on helping employees transitioning out of organizations in finding their next opportunities. We blend methodologies based on client needs, which may include Motivational Interviewing, NeuroLeadership Institute frameworks, and emotional intelligence and mindfulness practices. In this option, Ethos will:

• Conduct up to three 50-minute career coaching sessions that may focus on resume review, cover letter development and review, interview practice, personal branding, purpose statement drafting, and Linkedin revision
• Bill the organization monthly based on the number of sessions utilized by participants
• Perform a 60-minute completion session with the organization to share lessons learned, outcomes, and more

We charge $300 per session, with a minimum of $900 per engagement.
